1. Who is the controller of your data

The controller of personal data processed in connection with the max-sports.pl website is Towarzystwo Sportowe Iron Man, ul. Strzelecka 67, 47-320 Gogolin, Poland.

We have not appointed a data protection officer – all requests are handled at the address above.

2. What this website does not do

max-sports.pl is an informational website. We want to be explicit about this:

• we do not store cookies or any other data in your browser,
• we do not use analytics or statistics tools – there is no Google Analytics or anything similar here,
• we do not embed content from third-party services: maps, videos or social plugins,
• we do not run forms or user accounts,
• we do not profile visitors and we make no automated decisions about them.

Because we store no information on your device, the consent required by Polish electronic communications law does not apply. That is why you will not see a cookie consent banner here – there would be nothing to ask about.

3. What data we process

Server log data. Every visit is recorded by the server hosting the website. This includes the IP address, the date and time of the request, the address of the page visited, and the browser and operating system type. This happens automatically and applies to every website.

Data in correspondence. If you write to the e-mail address given on the website or call us, we process the data you provide yourself – your name, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of your message.

4. Purposes and legal bases

• Server logs – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest: keeping the website secure and working correctly, and diagnosing faults.
• Correspondence – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in replying), and where the contact concerns cooperation, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract).
• Obligations arising from the law, for example accounting and tax rules – Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

5. Who we share data with

Access to the data is limited to:

• the hosting provider whose servers run the website and our e-mail – under a data processing agreement,
• authorised people within our organisation, to the extent needed to handle correspondence.

We do not sell data and we do not share it for marketing purposes.

We do not transfer data to countries outside the European Economic Area or to international organisations.

6. How long we keep data

• Server logs – for the period set by the hosting provider's configuration.
• Correspondence – for as long as needed to deal with the matter, and then for the limitation period for any related claims.
• Accounting records – for the period required by accounting and tax regulations.

7. Your rights

In relation to your data you have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it,
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected,
• have your data erased,
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest.

To exercise these rights, write to the address given in point 1. We respond without undue delay and no later than within one month.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

8. Is providing data mandatory

Simply browsing the website requires no data from you. Providing data in correspondence is voluntary, but without it we will not be able to reply to your message.

9. Links to other services

The website contains links to our project sites and to profiles on Facebook and YouTube. Once you click, you leave max-sports.pl and enter a service run by another organisation, which applies its own data processing rules. We have no influence over those rules and encourage you to read them.

These are ordinary links: simply viewing our page creates no connection to those services and passes them no information about your visit.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how the website works – by adding a contact form, an analytics tool or an embedded map, for example – we will update this policy and change the date given at the top of the document.
