We organise sports events and deliver educational projects for clubs, local authorities and organisations across Europe.

We are a non-governmental organisation (NGO) based in Gogolin, Poland, active since 2002 in sport, education, training and innovation at local, national and European level. We organise sports events and deliver educational and advisory projects for clubs and sports federations, investment projects for local authorities, and initiatives supporting sport in the broadest sense – both grassroots and competitive.
Our roots are a running group, hiking, golf, sailing and water sports – and it is from that passion that projects such as WaterSkyBall, AFTERMATCH and Lessons at the Stadium grew. We run projects dedicated to individual clubs as well as open ones for anyone who wants to take part. We combine education, openness and tolerance with physical activity – supporting the social dimension of sport and innovation in promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Let's talk about working togetherOur running group competes in races across Europe, we organise our own sports events and develop new disciplines – such as WaterSkyBall, a team sport of our own design.

We support clubs and sports federations – from dual careers for athletes and networking projects to mobility for coaches and management staff.

A dual career project for athletes, supporting their all-round development and a secure future once their sporting career ends – from health and social skills to professional adaptation and better employment prospects.

Programmes for exchanging knowledge and experience among coaches and club management staff, including Silver Coaches – a mentoring scheme in which experienced senior coaches support young coaches at sports clubs.
We use sport as a tool for education and inclusion – from lessons taught at stadiums to inclusive programmes such as Welcome To Our Club. We work within a regional platform of sports organisations supporting children and young people affected by humanitarian crisis and migration.
